Is this a good first a chapter of a book?

I see him standing in the window, he ask me to come along, and he gives one step forward, I see him falling, hes not scared, hes embracing his destiny as he might put it. I see him laying in the floor. Hes dead but full of an unbelieavable life.In the street theres chaos, people are looking up, they see me
I wake up abruptly, I feel my thoughts returning to me, where was I? I drink a glass of water and remember my condition Im in the other side of the wall half dead half alive. Ive throw myself to the mistery and to the forgotten and long time forbidding place. Ive throw myself to Venja.
This story starts when i was 14 years old. Everything was familiar to me i had an acceptable life, Ive had good parents, some friends, a nice house in a safe neighborhood and my grades werent bad. Everything was ok. But one day when we finish playing baseball at the park and I was returning home alone, a guy a little older with rusty clothes aproaches me. We walk on
-Do you enjoy that game, baseball?
-Yeah, Ive been playing it for a while
-Some people find in that game glory – he says – and everything that means something to them
-Yeah, its a nice game – I say
-But that glory is vain, its the same with the business people and presidents. They theyve really made something of their lifes. What little do they know?
-So what should they do then?
-They should try to look around, try to look in theirselves, try to find something beautiful. They havent got to the next stage- he says a little tired – Well, I leave you here

A night after that I dreamt that I was in a room that was split by two. In the first half there was me, my friends, my parents and everything in my life. Then in the other half there was that man I saw in the park looking at me pentratingly til it started to atract something deep in me, I looked at the things in my life and didnt wanna go to him, but it was atracting me more and more til it was uncontrollable and i had no choice than go to the other side of the room. I was walking trying to resist this atraction, but it was helpless, something emanated from me and it was stronger than anything Ive ever seen. As I was passing to the other half, my body started to leave me to, it was like this half was erasing the parts of my body that was crossing it, though I felt no pain but a liberating feeling. When I crossed over completely I felt more free and higher than ever, it felt like some repressed energy in me now was free and exploding in a non violent but full of life way. I was no longer body but energy and so as the one who was calling me. We now were not mans but beens. We leave the room by the window and went outside the building. We saw marvelous stars and color shapes. Everything meant mistery and wonderful things as we were now in the space. I wished it would last forever as I hold the best way I could to every moment of it. He told me that all of this meant to be the way of the human being. We separated then with a warm goodbye. Ive felt I will see him again. I went to the moon and walk through it slowly watching the view, and then go through it really fast like they do it in the comicbooks. Finally I woke up, it took me a while to get used to where I was, my room. It was still night, I went to the bathroom and I saw myself in the mirror I still had my body. I saw the calendar, it was still March 16, I was in the same day I was when I went to sleep, though it seemed like a lifetime ago. What a strange dream! I saw myself in the mirror again, I had the same body, but something had changed in my eyes. There was a spark, a look that I havent seen before, something more mature, more alive and with a bit of laughter, like when keeping a secret.
A few days later I saw him in the park laying in the floor, I tried to help him, but he told me not to. He insted got out of his jacket pocket a ragged box and give it to me. He said inside there was Venja, a secret that will liberate the power of my been. I tried to ask him some questions, but he said I would know how to use it, and asked me to leave him.
